Shipping policy

At NY Jewellery, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review the following information regarding our shipping and delivery policies:

Processing and Production Time: 
All personalized items require 3-4 days for production at this time. Our turnaround time is an estimation, never a guarantee due to the unforeseen intake of orders at any given hour of the day. Once your item is completed, inspected and packaged, an automated email will be sent to you containing tracking information.

Shipping Options: 
We offer  a few shipping options for our customers:

1-Standard Shipping: 
This shipping method is free for US and UK domestic shipments.
Sent through USPS First Class Mail & Royal Mail.
2-Expedited Shipping: 
Sent through DHL or FedEx (whichever is faster). This shipping method This shipping method for the US customers. 
*Sent through RM. This shipping is Special Next Day Delivery for the UK customers. 
These shipping method are available for an additional fee at checkout.

Please note that expedited shipping does not include expedited production since the product has to go through manufacturing. Expedited orders are prioritized and are first in line for production.

Order Processing: 
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will have 3 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your order. After the 3 hour processing time, we will update you every step of the way via email. You will receive an email when we have finished designing your item, once production has started, once we start quality testing, and once your items are ready to be packed & shipped.


Estimated Delivery Time: 
Be advised that many factors contribute to delivery time. We will be sure to ship orders out within the time frames that are listed on each product’s page. 

International Shipping: 
Standard International shipments are shipped with the most economic methods available based on location. The average delivery time for standard international orders is roughly 1-2 weeks for personalized items.


Packaging: 
All NY Jewellery accessories come in a small, branded gift box – perfect for giving as a present. You can also add a gift wrap option to your order and receive your item beautifully packaged, making it an ideal touch for special occasions or thoughtful surprises.


Shipping Insurance: 
NY Jewellery is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
