All our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver or 14k solid gold. We offer four finish options: 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plated (14k gold over silver), Rose Gold Plated (14k rose gold over silver), and 14k Solid Gold for a premium, long-lasting option. All pieces are nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free.

Personalised items are custom made-to-order (assembled, engraved, polished, plated, and packed) so we typically take 3–4 business days for creation before we ship your piece. This timeline may vary slightly and may be longer around holidays. We will always let you know if orders are taking longer than expected. Free delivery is included on all orders.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out as soon as possible within 3 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation. Please note that if our shipping team has already released the order, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or changes. Our workshop team works around the clock to make and ship orders as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to cancel or update your order even within the 3-hour window if the items have already been dispatched. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed.
